The P19W Folding Thermometer is a waterproof pocket digital thermocouple with a large backlit rotating display for` quick food temperature checks. It features a large backlit rotating display and can be easily re-calibrated. This is an upgrade that replaces the discontinued P250FW Thermocouple.
